Overview

Welcome to the Canyon Woods HOA.

Homeowners can make payments in the following ways.

• Pay online .

• Mail payments - to the address on your invoice.

HOA dues for the Canyon Woods HOA are $170.  Phase one includes water, sewer and garbage.  Phase two includes garbage.

If you own a pet they must be taken care of properly.  This means cleaning up after them immediately.  They are also to be on a leash at all times while outside.  They are not to be tied up while outside. Homeowners with pets are also charged a $10.00 per month fee. If you own a pet please report to management.

Homeowners are to park in authorized parking spots. Parking on the street is not allowed.
