Homeowners can make payments in the following ways.

• Pay online.

• Mail payments - to the address on your invoice.

HOA dues for your HOA are $225.00 a month. HOA dues cover the following amenities:

-Landscaping
-Snow removal
-Exterior maintenance
-Pools & Hot Tubs
-Clubhouse
-Parks
-Property insurance with a $25,000 deductible

Community Committees

Farmington Crossing has the following committees to help improve our community. If you are interested in volunteering for one of these committees please contact management.

• Architectural - Ensures that the structures of the community look great and are well maintained.

• Landscape - Covers landscaping, soil, and aesthetics of the common areas.

• Communications - Helps with involvement and communication to community members.

• Help - Outreach for members in need, especially the elderly and those needing extra assistance outside of their home. (For example: hanging holiday decor, planting flowers, sweeping the front porch, etc) and decorating the clubhouse for Holidays.
