HOA dues for your HOA are $140.00 - $170.00 a month. (Depending on unit) HOA dues cover the following amenities:
-Landscaping
-Snow removal
-Exterior maintenance
-Pool & Clubhouse
-Property insurance with a $10,000 deductible
